As a Cybersecurity and Data Security Specialist at Morgan Stanley, I protect the data and assets of the firm and its clients from cyber threats and risks. I leverage my skills in data protections standards, software development, and application architecture to design and implement tailored security solutions across multiple technology platforms and environments.I have just shy of five years of experience in cybersecurity and data security, starting as an Application Security Engineer and then advancing to a Senior Data Security Engineer in Wealth Management Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Risk. In these roles, I performed threat modeling, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and created remediation plans for various applications and systems. I have also contributed to multiple security initiatives outside of work such as mentoring high-school students and applying my technology and risk skills to the non-profit space.I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on cybersecurity and security monitoring. Outside of my cybersecurity life, I have a keen interest in international relationships between countries, video game design, and fashion design.
