As part of his New Product Introduction (NPI) process, he introduced portfolio planning, commercial innovation models, and minimum success requirements, which led to unified processes, scalability, and a more efficient product funnel. The approaches Robin championed allowed FLIR to build a portfolio of products that have resulted in multiple large US DOD contract awards.Robin has a BS in Industrial and Product Design from Western Michigan University.
