Current1. Project Documentation:• Create, maintain, and organize project documentation.• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to team members and clients.2. Communication:• Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and other relevant parties.• Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.3. Resource Management:• Assist in resource allocation and management, including tracking resource availability and utilization.4. Budget Monitoring:• Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring that expenditures align with the project's financial plan.5. Administrative Support:• Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and procurement of supplies.• Coordinate team events and activities.• Support local talent acquisition, orientation, payroll management, benefits administration, and employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Generate monthly invoices, delivery receipts, purchase requisitions, credit memos, and statements of outstanding balances.6. Document Control:• Manage the version control of project documents and ensure that the latest revisions are readily available to team members.• Maintain a document repository or file management system.• Maintain records of approvals, permits, and other project-related documents.• Provide support for translating and transcribing materials.• Contribute to the quality check of materials, including proofreading documents.7. Compliance and Reporting:• Ensure that the project complies with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.• Prepare and submit project reports to clients and management.• Facilitate tax and licensing procedures.8. Team Support:• Support the project team by addressing their administrative needs, facilitating collaboration, and helping to resolve issues.
