- Manage the Exploration department within the Tortkuduk exploration permit (budget 2012:11Meuros)- Supervision of drilling exploration program on the KATCO owned Tortkuduk exploration permit in respect of the sub-soil use contract of the KATCO, 2010-2015 project of Exploration and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan- Delineation of the Muyumkum center - 19y orebody at 800x50m grid - 172 economic mineralized holes over 449 holes for 198,215m drilled - Supervision of the exploration staff (44 persons) scaterred in different groups (geology/GIS & data management/sampling/drilling/hydrogeology)- Supervision of the drilling contract (5.7 Meuros)- Follow up of sampling collection (6900 U/Ra, Granulometry, 3812 Carbonates, 96 monolithes) - Manage the working group for logging optimization in ISR mining activity
