Overall mission:• Responsible for an assigned supply manager team which performs defined Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F) activities for Indirect Materials and Services (IM&S)• Team Lead will ensure timely and accurate processing of all IM&S R&F tasks for assigned team in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements• Main point of contact for the Team Manager in relation to defined IM&S R&F processes and activitiesMain responsibilities:• Supervise day to day operations in IM&S R&F area:• PO management• Issue resolution in collaboration with DTC and AP team members• Supplier management• Actively support continuous improvement of processes• Build strong morale and spirit in the team• Committed to develop him/herself• Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teamsand stakeholders• Lay out work in an organized manner and monitor progress and results• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone orvia email• Support the set-up and supervise the IM&S R&F team’s day-to-dayoperations for the countries in scope• Provide professional support to the team: coach team members, setgoals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans andtrain team as needed• Adherence to service levels• Adherence to policies and procedures

- Manage the incoming PTP related employee and vendor queries via relevant communicationchannels (phone, e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management tool)- Forward the requests to the responsible team if necessary- Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution in line with service levels andCustomer satisfaction- Take ownership and coordinate IM&S or Accounts Payable related issue resolution acrossstreams if required- Provide guidance to internal employees for PTP systems (SAP, SRM, service management tool)- Support PO delivery date issue resolving- Handle Purchase Order Acknowledgements- Handle Accounts Payable related requests: payment reminders, delivery stop, proof ofpayment, remittance advice issues, etc.

- Manage all incoming PTP related employee and vendor queries through relevant communication channels (phone, e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management tool)- Manage employee expenses related queries (T&E)- Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution following service levels and customer satisfaction- Take ownership and coordinate issue resolution across streams- Inform the User upon final resolution- Provide guidance to internal employees for all systems (SAP, SRM, service management tool)- Support Users with regards to workflows and approvals- Support PO follow-up- Handle payment notifications (i.e. manage failure notification deliveries)- Communicate with all partners by phone, e-mail, instant messaging and service management tool

• Handling daily volume/target of transactions• Resolving customer queries via e-mail or phone• Adhering to standard operating procedures/training manuals while executing thetask• Ensuring compliance on the quality of deliverables• Identify and recommend process to the continuous improvement opportunities

- Source candidates on the IT sector by providing consultancy services for candidates- Organize interviews- Pre-screening candidates via phone- Use and continuously seek for creative and innovative sourcing and networking techniques to identify and attract the best talents on the market- Refined CV Screening, assisting directly the client- Evaluate and write assessment after the interviews- Maintain & manage information within company systems about candidates & clients- Administration- Give feedback to candidates

- Connecting the candidates- Supporting the whole recruitment process- Organizing interviews- Database searching- Writing job advertisements- Administration

- Write and manage proposals - mostly for events- Manage individual reservations- Support the sales and MICE activity- Write contracts and confirmation letters

- Participate in the organizational tasks for the Opera Ball- Research
