I am Robert Pinter, from Budapest, Hungary.As for my Hotel Silvanus Visegrád job: Our hotel is out of operation till end of november due to a serious fire damage reason... Thanks God, everyone survived and no one was hurt!Given that this is a serious crisis managment process, which belong to my responsibility, I toke the possibility and do my very best to manage these huge hotel restoration task.As for my "normal" daily routine:I am responsibe for the hotel operations in supervise the daily work almost everywhere, from goods turnover to the wellness bar. I have been working here for eighteen years. Despite my young age I have been able to develop successfully my professional skills under Mr Lantos’ mentorship. Mr Lantos is a widely acclaimed hotelier, he is at the helm of our hotel. Beside this career in Silvanus I have worked in the Aria Hotel Budapest for one year as a restaurant manager in 2015.As for my CEO experience:In 2020 Mr. Lantos and me decided, to laid a groundwork a brand new firm, which firm not belong to directly to the Hotel Silvanus, but of course directly connect to the turism and hospitality sector.This was the HOTELSOL Kft, our sweetest child in our big family. The HOTELSOL activities are the followings: Hotel and other accomodation operation, restaurant and catering operation, revenue- and operation management, advising. The very first brand was our portfolio was the Apátkúti Vadászház, located in Visegrád, Apátkút valley. By 2023, "the child is an adult" so we started it on his journey and sold the HOTELSOL. Neither because of a crisis nor because of a bad experience, but rather because of its success! Thanks to this diverse experience, I am not afraid of everyday challenges that are inevitable during the coordination of the hotel, as well as during the management of the staff consisting of up to 120 people. In my eyes, the secret of success is the humility and a continuous desire to learn, of course, the hard work and last but not least, to set the right example!
