• Member of the Credit Card Security Fraud Prevention Unit dealing with Bank of Ireland issued Credit Cards, including UK Post Office Credit Cards.• Making outbound calls to take customers or authorized contacts through the security process or to leave detailed messages either on voicemails or with third parties where appropriate.• Taking inbound calls in response to voicemails, texts or letters received by customers with regards to credit card security as well as advising customers and transferring to relevant departments or customer services were necessary.• Dealing with customer escalations on both inbound and outbound calls, updating customer escalation forms where necessary. • Working cases through TSYS and Synthesis as well as through the text service operator MOQOM . • Completed training modules for TCF (Treating Customers Fairly), DPA (Data Protection Act), Fraud Risk Awareness, Anti Money Laundering and Compliance & Regulation.

Primarily working in the Jewellery Department but also in the Crystal and Newbridge sections of the store, I was focused on both sales and customer service, with particular attention to the promotion of Irish products and designers. A high level of product knowledge was essential for this.

BA (Hons) History 2:I

Primarily working with customers in both in terms of sales and in a wider range of customer services, completing returns and exchanges for example. I was also involved in administrative duties, maintain cash records and end of day or week figures. As well as this I was also required to promote the brand image wherever possible, this involved staying up to date and knowledgeable about all the products in store as well as being well versed in the history of the brand and its customer service policies. I also worked on visual merchandising throughout the various apparel and footwear displays as well as the shop window displays.

My main role was to assist customers, promoting the brand and expanding individual sales. I was also involved in stock management, unloading and processing deliveries, replenishing the shop floor and taking part in the yearly stock taking exercise. I was also made a full cashier.
