CPRMEX - Industry Specialized in the Production of PET Recycled Pellets, Celaya, Gto. - Mexico.Position: Chief Financial Officer (Jul / 2009 - current) - [intercompany transfer].• Performed the complete reorganization of the administrative, financial and accounting areas of the company, with the key objective of implementing the ERP Microsiga system (Start of work from the pre-operational phase).• Hired and trained the entire administrative, financial and accounting team of the company;• Developed, elaborated and implemented all the tools to control the production process, from the purchase and storage of the raw material, consumption for production of the various existing processes, structure for calculating costs by absorption and cost centers, accounting chart of accounts, tax strategy, culminating in the successful closing of the 2010 Balance Sheet;• In parallel with the implementation of the accounting structure, I also coordinated the successful implementation of the ERP - Microsiga system of the TOTVS group;• Joint definition and customization of management reports (operational, financial and accounting) Microsiga, aiming to meet the demands for strategic management information to be sent to the group headquarter;• Conducting detailed analyzes of financial and economic performance, through efficient management of Cash Flow, Working Capital Needs, evolution of Net Working Capital, monitoring EBITDA, Break Even Point and return of investments, always aiming max efficiency in decision making;• Co-management of the Executive Direction in other areas of the company. Contract renewed between July, 01 2011 to June, 30 2012 as a Consultant, through RCE - Resultado Consultoria Empresarial LTDA (company in which I am the Founding Partner), aiming at providing technical support to the first expansion of installed capacity of CPRMEX.
