I am an aspiring Trauma-informed Clinical Psychologist with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Religion. I am currently completing my MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing at the University of Wolverhampton. My current position is Psychological Practitioner at bMindful Psychology. I have several years of experience working with children and young people both at a voluntary level and a professional level and enjoy working in this sector immensely. I have experience working with low level anxiety and low mood as well as self-esteem struggles, self-harm and anger. Throughout my career i have developed skills in communication and leadership, built resilience and gained confidence. I love learning knew things and being exposed to new opportunities.
