These applications are a customized version of a standard software triple store (knowledge graph) software product provided by Eccenca.My responsibilities included:- Provision of 1st-level support to end users and 2nd-level support, i.e., solving incidents and service requests under a pre-established SLA using a ticketing system internal tool. User creation and maintenance through Keycloak which is linked to a RDS Postgresql database instance. Implementation of an authentication and access management resource using Microsoft Entra ID.- Automation and maintenance of data transformation pipelines from end to end (ETL). This includes the extraction of data from an AWS S3 bucket, mapping it according to the requirements, and exporting it to other systems using an internal Kafka producer.- Development and maintenance of a semantic web data model by creating RDF, RDFS, and OWL vocabulary. Usage of SPARQL to query data under a triple store turtle format. Management of a GraphDB database.- Monitoring of the application status in terms of CPU and memory usage using Grafana. In addition, usage of many AWS services such as CloudWatch, IAM, System Manager, and EC2 to monitor and maintain the applications.- Clarification of requirements and IT consulting with the involved stakeholders to address future functional and non-functional features requested by the business counterpart.
