He held several management positions within the Allianz Group in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the USA. For Riskeeper AG, Zug (CH) Rüdiger has lead numerous projects involving dynamic analysis of risk and claims data, risk modelling and feasibility studies for captive insurance undertakings.Rüdiger is a recognized liability insurance wording expert – particularly for Global Liability Programs and Bermuda Excess Casualty wordings, involving both insurance and reinsurance situations. As part of his services he advises law firms in complex product liability cases with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector. Since 2009 he has appeared in several London arbitration proceedings as an expert witness.
