• Providing 1:1 support for end users who are struggling to adopt Epic.• Supporting a new Private Hospital in Victoria.• Raising and resolving tickets on ServiceNow to enable the understanding, management, and reporting of issues.• Working 12-hour shifts, which can be day or night.• Supporting Inpatient, Outpatient, Theatres, and many different departments on how to implement Epic at the elbow support.• Developing knowledge of different workflows which include imaging, inpatient, and outpatient. Ensuring I am capable of helping all Clinical and Non-Clinical staff.• Using all soft skills gained throuhgout this supporting role to ensure staff are encouraged and confident in using EPIC.• Provides one-on-one clinic, department, and hospital-based support as needed.
