>Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle> Understanding the requirements and creating a job description.> Familiar with Job Portals.> Posting E-mails to the candidates for interview.> Identifying and sourcing candidates through Job portals, database, and references.> Screening and shortlisting profiles that match the desired skills.> Get profiles Shortlisted from Interviewers (if needed)> Conducting telephonic interviews, evaluate candidate's skills, competencies including communication skills, confidence, job stability, job profile, and limitations.>Handling key clients of the company which involves interaction (as a SPOC) with the client to understand their requirements and provide best resources in given TAT
