I'm an undergraduate from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli majoring in Mechanical Engineering. The four years of college have transformed me from a boy who was very passionate about cars to a human who is always looking out for new challenges and opportunities to learn. Three things that I strongly believe are necessary:1. A setup that allows me to do mistakes and learn from them. (We evolve faster by learning from mistakes than by following commands and rules like robots.)2. An environment that constantly challenges me to punch above my weight. (Constant improvement is very important to stay ahead of the race.)3. A fierce competition! (This is the best motivation that one can get to propel themselves forward.)I have had the privilege of leading multiple teams of strategic importance during my college days which has taught me what leadership actually is. In my opinion, leadership is all about motivating the members to work for the bigger cause. People who take ownership of the goals perform better than the people who tend to work for their immediate bosses or leaders. I believe the leader is responsible to ignite this sense of ownership amongst his team members.One quote that acts as my driving force is:"If you don't sacrifice for what you want, What you want becomes the sacrifice."Currently venturing into the Data Analytics domain.
