The Abdullah Mirza Endowment is the biggest public endowment in the region. The establishment of the endowment goes back to nearly more than 200 years ago. I have been advising the endowment mainly on goodwill agreements based on Iran's Landlord and Tenant Act(1977&1997). Moreover،This endowment is considered a valuable historical asset and is among the prominent structures of the Qajar period. Currently, the income of the endowment is derived from the rental of commercial properties and agricultural lands. As a legal consultant for the endowment, my responsibility is to ensure the proper execution of commercial contracts and manage various claims related to the activities of the endowment on the basis of case by case projects.
