Responsibilities:• Provide full life-cycle recruitment on assigned engagements with a commitment to delivering a positive client and candidate experience.• Strong exposure to Light Industrial, Healthcare Services, Engineering, Accounting &Financial and IT Roles• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to identify candidates meeting client profile and building talent pool for current and future requirements.• Screening and interviewing candidates against specified criteria.• Responsible for posting requisitions on the company websites and job boards and developed sourcing strategies to find the best-fit candidate in the talent pool.• Recruited candidates with technical skill sets.• Having hands-on experience working on all sorts of Employment types: Direct Hire, Fulltime, W2-contract, Corporation to Corporation (C2C), Contract to hire, and 1099.• Some of the positions worked on are Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Warehouse worker, Restaurant Manager,Events Manager, Fork lifter, Waiters, Housekeeper, Production manager, Safety supervisor, Food & Beverage Manager, .Net, Java, Agile Scrum Master, Technical Writers, Network Engineer, Business Analyst, and Project Manager, Systems Administration, Network Engineer, QA Test Engineer, Web Developer, Cyber Security (Application Security, Network Security, IS Security Engineers), DevOps Engineers, full stack Developer, ETC.
