Responsible for managing a caseload which includes monitoring parolee compliance, documenting parolee progress and activity and reporting program violations to CDCR in order to reduce recidivism. Orient new participants to program requirements and use assessment tools to determine level of risk and needs to develop a comprehensive behavior change plan. Creating an individualized plan which may include: cognitive behavioral treatment, substance abuse therapy, anger management, employment readiness, electronic monitoring, and more. Connecting parolees to community resources and services. Facilitate various classes: Program Orientation, Moral Reconation Therapy, Anger Management, and Employment Readiness.
