 Responsible for secretarial task and ensure smooth and efficient running of the MD’s office on day to day basic such as; correspondent email, proof reading, schedule for meeting or appointment, filling documents, booking accommodation/travel arrangement. BoD’s Meeting arrangement quarterly. Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned by MD.

 Provide project costing as needed by coordinating with suppliers and internal departments. Evaluating and selecting vendors and subcontractors to achieve the highest quality at the lowest price. Receive project requirements from sales team and coordinating with other internal departments as needed for execution. Coordinate with clients from concept to execution, including budgeting, timeline, payment schedule, and managing subcontractors to execute event to completion. Work with the multiple companies for event management such as ; CP Appetizers - Products Launching, Siriraj Hospital Exhibition, 120th Anniversary of HSBC in Thailand, Nike women roadshow etc.

 Work and brainstorm with production team for the execution plan of the event.  Create and control the light and sound production and laser graphic, VDO Production, fireworks, etc.  Work with suppliers during pre-production process.  Set up the production process prior to event day and ensure all equipment is well set.  Rehearsal all the shows / Control and manage all production on the event.  Evaluate the projects with clients and related business unit who work together for the project to find out whether or not there are areas of improvement.

 Responsible for providing administrative support and in particular coordinating and sales coordinator with clients and suppliers. Providing the company services information in general to the customer. Filing and taking care of administrative & accounting documents. Control the usage of office supplies and stationery. Human management function. (Staff welfare, Social security, Salary payment) Monthly income and payment reports. Responsible for all of Secretarial and Office administrative.
