I recently retired (July 2020) from AT&T. During my tenure, I was held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. I joined AT&T as an executive secretary and when I retired, I was a member of the Results and Metrics team supporting the Service Management and Sales Organizations. I joined this team at its inception and helped to grow both the scope and importance of the database system it developed and maintained. Upon inception, we supported 70 customers. When I retired, I was managing a database of 300,000+ AT&T business customers that was used by multiple organizations including Service Management, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and the Maintenance team. My responsibility was to add and maintain customers to the database which involved a significant amount of investigative work in order to ensure the integrity of the data generated. I collaborated with developers on a regular basis to ensure that the database was current and that coding referencing the database met users’ needs. When updates were needed, I directed the meetings with the developers and the client to interpret the requirements and then worked solely with the developers through implementation. I also facilitated the development of a time and motion system that captured how time was being spent by the organization across multiple functions. This system was used to identify opportunities to improve productivity. We also added a storage capability to this system which ensured continuity of customer support as service managers were reassigned. I also provided detailed customized reports to the Service Management and Sales Organizations used to load balance client support. I also supported the customer stewardship process which involved the generation of data driven reports that were used by Sales and Service with their clients. I ran multiple training seminars on various applications mentioned above to ensure proper use and understanding. I am a graduate of Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School with a certification in their Executive Secretarial program. While at AT&T, I received my certification for my Six Sigma Green Belt. I also recently received my 200 Hour Yoga certification.
