As a Lab Assistant, my job is to assist graphic design and photography students to brainstorm design improvements and provide technical support for Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Also, I managed calendar events and social media content for the Art Honor Society.

As the school transitioned from Lynchburg College to University of Lynchburg, so did the Communications and Marketing office's name. During this time, I communicated campus-wide marketing and branding efforts, sharing the university’s story with prospective students, their families, students, faculty, staff, and alumni.- Developed a campaign for a new wellness model for the university called WellNest. Tasked with creating a logo utilizing college brand guidelines, as well as other graphical pieces for promotional use.- Designed campaign for Resident Advisor Recruitment, including digital postcards and online posters enabling Office of Residence Life to achieve recruitment targets.- Edited and published full length articles for the college magazine, website, as well as the college’s literature book, The PRISM (2019 and 2020 editions).- Redesigned over 100 academic and administration staff business cards to incorporate new university logo and portray the college in a professional manner using Adobe InDesign, as well as a variety of other design and print projects.- Conducted research, interviewed subjects, wrote, edited and published pieces for institution’s top publications.
