Experience:• Windsor Station sold to Cadillac Fairview by Canadian Pacific • Marché Central in Montréal sold to leading Canadian pension fund manager • From 2003 to 2009, took part in the negotiation of over 50 leases for the installation of telecommunications sites, as required to develop the existing network of a Canadian wireless industry leader. I was in charge of the legal department of this very diversified and dynamic real estate company. My work consisted in ensuring that the clients of the company had solid legal agreements to document their leasing transactions, whether as tenants or as landlords.

I was in charge of drafting and negotiating leasing agreements, from the landlord's perspective, for a large number of high profile properties, including Montreal landmarks Place Ville Marie and 1000 de la Gauchetière.

At Trizec, I had the pleasure of working with an amazing group of professionals, who set the bar high in terms of talent, dedication and achievement. Whether we were closing leasing deals at Place Ville Marie or in the other 30 properties of the portfolio in Quebec and Ontario, or purchasing other large office properties for the company, we addressed the challenges by pulling together. Due diligence at its finest: hard work and long hours can be very rewarding when you have great peers to work with and learn from.
