Focus on the listed company’s annual report auditing, prepared the restructuring and auditing of the listed company and due diligence, they mainly involves inventory recording cycle, costing account auditing of subsidiary and pre-research in some relevant programmes.3. Non-listed company’s asset restructuring auditing.4. Annual income tax liquidation auditing, net assets auditing and cancellation auditing of the enterprise.5. The recognition of new and high-tech enterprises auditing, and make sure the recent three fiscal years’ research and development expenses of the enterprise. Subjecting the special auditing and auditing report to the recent fiscal year’s new and high-tech product or service.6. Having the strict implementation procedures, analysis and verification in the work, which finding the personal and impersonal misstatement and management with the potential existing vulnerabilities, and making the suggestion to adjustment of the financial statement and work management.
