- Provide leadership, strategic direction and direct management to all aspects of infrastructure technology initiatives for supporting business strategies with the Bank- Provide project planning, management, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost- Work with application team on multiple projects and assignments relating to Amazon (AWS) services- Vendor selection and management with professional services, maintenances, projects and outsourcing- Procurement management for hardware and software and Contract renewal management- Change, incident and problem management and Asset management for the inventory control- Establish the inventory control procedure, standard and review- Establish standardized systems health check procedure and review- Ensure a quality of service delivery to minimize potential risk and meet the SLA- Deal with internal auditors and HKMA for potential risk and audit findings- Act as technical resource and primary and backup server and system in charge to perform various aspects of project implementation and support for different application systems.- Work with Vendor and Application Team to support various systems in the Bank- Develop and implement the DR solution of the systems.- Assist in preparation of team budget- Provide services to IT and business users by ensuring system performance and developing recommendations for corrections or improvements- To prepare projection and evaluation on the growth of the systems- To evaluate and recommend computer systems and solutions for various departments and branches in Bank- To prepare for the capacity planning in yearly review- To prepare and update technical document of systems- To perform troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems

- Act as technical resource and primary/backup server in charge to perform various aspects of project implementation and support for different application systems in the Bank- Work with Vendor and Application Team to support the systems in the Bank- Develop and Implement the DR Solution of the above mentioned systems- Perform day to day LAN Administration jobs, maintaining and monitoring of all Windows platforms- Monitor daily system backup job in Windows platforms- Project Implementation with Vendor and System In Charge- Responsible for capacity planning, system integration, technology refreshment, upgrade and new technology research studies- Prepare for system user guide and operation menu- Other Ad hoc support
