In life, we have learned that we all have some special gifts with which we are born. These gifts are something that comes naturally to us and we can do it with little effort. I have learned that the gift for me is my overwhelming desire to help others. I have devoted many years of my life giving my time, attention, and support to those that are in need. I naturally gravitate towards the leadership position which has afforded me the opportunity to step up to the plate for others and be a valuable resource to them during their season of distress.I have a passion and desire to see others succeed and through their success it allows me to feel a sense of reward and accomplishment. As an HR professional, I am able to take my natural ability and apply it to making connections, motivating, and inspiring others to be the best version of themselves.You ask why devote that kind of energy to others? Well, that is simple. At some point in our lives we are going to encounter some sort of event that we would want someone to lean on as a form of support. We would want individuals to rally around us and offer their resources and knowledge to help us get back on track. So with that being said it is a no brainer to approach life in the manner of treat others in the way you want to be treated. Because after all it only takes one yes to change someone's life for the better!
