- Manage PDF's national grants program by providing mentorship, grantmaking, and assisting in technical assistance to grassroots community organizations working on issues of peace, human rights, social justice and environmental protection. - Direct the yearly community organizing grants cycle, managing a team of up to 11 grant readers for hundreds of applications.- Organizing movement building, individual and corporate relationships within the community.- Community outreach to prospects of the grants and capacity building programs and guide organizations through the application process.- Work collaboratively with staff and PDF Board of Directors to create and implement fundraising plans and programs.- Organize events to showcase PDF's work and grantees.- Attend events in New England to represent PDF, network and enhance PDF's visibility in the social justice and donor community.
