With a BA in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, I have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance the quality of life of the occupants and the community. I gained skills in woodworking, Adobe Photoshop, welding, and leadership during my studies, and I also obtained certifications in Excel 2016: Introduction to Formulas and Functions and Excel: PivotTables for Beginners, which help me manage and analyze data efficiently.As an Assistant Project Manager at Deneuve Construction, I work with diverse and cross-functional teams to coordinate subcontractors' payments, schedules, and communication, and to manage expectations of ownership and subcontractors to ensure a productive project. I also propose and maintain executable schedules, budget projects per owners' direction, and mitigate unforeseen changes. I have successfully contributed to the completion of the Frank G Mar Rehabilitation, a $16M project that involved a structural retrofit with occupied rehabilitation of 107 units and accessible remodel of 12 units. I also contributed to the Granada Hotel Rehabilitation, a $48M project that required a structural retrofit with occupied rehabilitation of 214 units and additional professional spaces.
