In February of 2024, I embarked on a new adventure with LEO Events, serving as Creative Director based out of their Nashville, TN office. Prior to my new role, I was a seasoned creative executive with over 25 years experience at the creative helm of some of America’s largest and most innovative churches, including Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago, Gateway Church in Austin, Real Life Church in Los Angeles County, and Rock Church in San Diego County. I am also an avid student of all things leadership and have more than 2 decades experience in team building, coaching, mentoring, talent recruitment, and executive level management, and over 15 years experience leading film, broadcast, communications, marketing, and online departments. I've also served as Head of School for a private academy in Michigan, and am the founder and executive director of three highly successful performing arts academies in the cities of Austin, TX, Troy, MI, and Atlanta, GA, impacting the lives of thousands of young people over the years. I’ve also had the privilege of helping raise over 7 million dollars for a variety of national and international compassion causes through numerous arts initiatives. These funds helped to provide water wells in Africa, education resources for Chicago’s inner city youth, global child sponsorships, famine relief and more.
