Senior Partnerships Manager, Corporate Alliances, International Philanthropy & Partnerships

• Cultivate prospects, pitch partnership proposals, negotiate agreements, and execute campaigns for a portfolio of multinational and national donors with giving levels ranging from $100K - $3M+ (Partner portfolio includes brands from various sectors, ie: Uber, Airbnb, Modelo, Uniqlo, CAA Foundation, Thrive Global, and Workman Publishing)• Develop and execute fiscal year strategies for institutional donors and prospects within a broad brand portfolio through networking, due diligence research, and front-line fundraising• Create communications for portfolio donors or prospects, including general and targeted cultivation outreach, concept notes, proposals, presentations, cause marketing agreements, and grant reports • Monitor and manage expectations and objectives for each institutional funding partner within the portfolio, including budget, evaluation and reporting• Manage donor deliverables, execution, and information flows between prospects/donors, and IRC program leaders/staff • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with revenue colleagues and global IRC program and support staff• Undertake special assignments, including those focused on employee engagement, sponsorship, and cause marketing• Ensure Salesforce/CRM records are up to date and accurate with information relevant to our fiscal year strategies, prospecting, due diligence, and donor engagement or preferences• Prepare and contribute materials, agendas and briefings for external prospect/donor meetings and internal strategy meetings• My role has been fully remote in both Los Angeles (November 2018 – June 2020) and New York (July 2020 – Present)
