Job duties:-Leading the design, development & application of regional counter design for the Brand(s). Key designing and overseeing of all Fragrance & Beauty Retail projects, department store counter, standalone boutique & travel retail distributions, across the Region-Ensuring the brand design language is applied consistently across the Regional Travel Retail sites/locations.-Ensuring all projects are completely assessed, reviewed & designed to the brand requirements & aligned with key stakeholders in the business.-Establishment of site requirements review brand established designs & share potential solutions to be elevated; to answer on brand uniqueness with regional shopper differences; or overcome site challenges; or material creative choices & provide innovative design input.-To ensure manage project communication across a wide team of stakeholders; regional shop-fitters, project managers, corporate store designers, brand visual merchandising teams, indirect procurement, material suppliers, occasionally retailers-To ensure the use of quality technical build drawings for all projects. To ensure a high level of accuracy that allows for effective delivery of design & communication. Achievement:- Adapting fast within a year to handle standalone boutiques projects which is the brand’s most important door format.- Design skills are being developed fast that able to meet Global and regional market’s requirements. Design period is shortened and more time can be used on other projects.- Completed a 146sqm boutique with an external facade in a high visibility mall in Shanghai. It is one of the two most importants doors in China in 2021.

Job Duties:-Provide design solutions, technical drawings and specifications for Estee Lauder distributions in Asia Pacific region.-Facilitate the construction process with shopfitters, internal and key stakeholders.-Review shopfitters’ shop drawings and progress developments.-Educate new and existing shopfitters, update them on new techniques, details and directions for store design.-Develop “Punch List” (list of deficiencies) for each installation to ensure compliance with global standards and resolve sub-standard construction in order to maintain a high level of quality.-File and keep clear, understandable records of all stores for future reference. Manage design workflow and status.Achievement:-Complete well over 50 stores in 2 years across APAC region.-In-charge and complete a major multi-brand store in Bali (140sqm) which is a new concept store and comprises of 6 nos. of brands under one store.

-Translate design idea into actual construction from practicality and technicality perspectives. -Involve in local projects in Singapore with a great exposure to local authorities’ code of compliance and submission standard in various submission format including BIM.-Analyse the issue due to site constraints and coordinate with contractors on resolving technical and authority compliance issue.-Be part of the team to prepare for authorities’ site inspection and ontain TOP.-Full practice on local conditions of contracts in dealing with projects’ variations, issuance of payment certificate as well as site instruction.Achievement:-Completed a local residential project with 12 blocks and 2 basements, from design to construction and completion.-On-site experience of 3 completed projects on construction coordination with contractors and consultants.-In-charged on authorities’ submission of a residential and a mix-used project by preparing the drawings in BIM format.
