Currently serving as an Artificial Intelligence / Large Language Model coach, assessing and rating the quality of AI-generated writing using project-specific rubrics, reviewing the work of fellow writers and graders, and crafting original responses and prompts to teach LLMs how to improve the quality of their responses.

Conducted a game-changing resource assessment and feasibility plan, supported by user research and analysis, in order to develop an enhanced support service infrastructure and CX for participants in conjunction with Utah’s successful bid to host the 2034 Winter Olympic Games

Successfully transitioned a university-based elite sport training program into a private sport management organization working in partnership with community stakeholders in order to manage a world-class, performance-based training site for Olympic/Paralympic, elite and professional athletes. Developed and oversaw all components of organizational CX, including the tools and infrastructure necessary to manage all logistics, operations, day-to-day support services, and strategic partnerships in order to deliver a superior training site experience for elite-level domestic and international clients.

Oversaw all operational components of camps and conferences for the Center for High Altitude Training's elite sport clientele, managed and enhanced all interdepartmental and external partnerships necessary to support the customer experience, and managed all marketing communication to promote the altitude center’s activities.
