As a Telecommunications Specialist in the British Army for over 23 years, I have been responsible for designing, delivering, and sustaining both deployed and static communication solutions in multiple environments. I have supported the most demanding of customers in the highest pressure situations, using my analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome various challenges. I have also led and managed multi-discipline teams, ensuring the highest standards of performance and collaboration.I am professionally educated at the Defence School of Communications and Information Systems (DSCIS) and hold a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential from Scrum Alliance, as well as Exposure Management and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications. I have expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) technology and project delivery, which I applied to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of communication systems.
