    My practice focuses on advising businesses, associations and individuals in construction matters, commercial and consumer products liability, and real estate litigation. I represent developers, general contractors, subcontractors, associations and design professionals in working to solve various construction or real estate contracting and litigation matters. I have significant experience with construction claims (delay and impact), construction defect litigation, construction contracts, and construction site personal injury cases. I have previously held LEED AP certification and am familiar with construction and real estate contracting, including green building requirements and contracting. A significant portion of my practice also includes litigation of product liability matters involving construction products and equipment and agricultural equipment, including lawn and garden consumer products. I have handled numerous significant injury and wrongful death matters, including matters involving catastrophic injury to children. In addition to these areas of practice, I also assist condominium associations with governance issues and construction defect matters. As a part of my real estate practice I have assisted buyers and sellers in real estate disputes involving breach of residential real estate contracts, broker/agent liability, liens, and title disputes . Through various non-profit and pro-bono work, I have experience in school district and special education law. I am also an avid youth baseball and softball volunteer and a member of the board for Thunderbird Little League.
