Futuresense Group, is one of the largest manufacturer and Supplier of various type of car mats and a one minute car body car body. Futuresense is working in market since 2007 with diversified business related to automobile industry. Responsibilities: My responsibility is planning and execution of the orders by allocation of machineries, follow up, manpower allocation and Quality management in the cutting, stitching, checking and packing department. Further follow up, completion and ensuring on time delivery.

My responsibility is to plan and execute the order by allocation of machineries, Machinery maintenance follow up, Manpower allocation, to ensure all production entries on time (SAP) and Quality management in Cut & Sew – Terry Towel department. My role is to ensure production of Cut & Sew department, Orders execution, follow up, completion, on time delivery (OTIF). House Keeping and Waste Management. Co-ordination with other departments like Planning Dept, Maintenance Department, Quality Control Department, Product Development department & Marketing Department.

My Responsibility Production Planning as per the Shipment Date and Quality Control of each manufacturing stage from Knitting to Packing. Maintaining the Quality of the Garment as per the AQL Standard. New development samples and all Production samples. Complete care of correspondence with buyer agent.
