Preparation of WPS / PQR, QAP, ITP and Job Procedure.Conducting Welding Procedure Qualification.Do Raw material inspection, review IRN and clearing IMIR from client, NDE Plan for loop of piping, Preparation and clearance for taking Non-Destructive testing, Inspecting parameters taken prior to start of frontline welding and Dimensional inspection activities.Review of drawings and ensure fabrication is as per IFC drawings.Inspecting fit up of joints for material surface, root gap, bevel angle as per established WPS and visual Inspection of finished welds & Radiography film interpretation, Liquid penetrate testing.Ensuring that all welding activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and Standards. Preparation and maintaining of reports like Final Dimensional reports, Material Heat Charts, etc., and deal with Clients and Third Party Agencies. Preparation of Data bank and submittal to Client in fabrication shops, sites and yards.
