- Handling all the Direct taxation related issues of Clients. Specially International Taxation and Transfer Pricing issues with reference to DTAA with various countries.- Transfer Pricing Documentation Reports involving sectors like IT, power, manufacturing, trading, service etc.- Advising clients on the applicability of Transfer Pricing laws on their businesses and framing the best business models for them.- Advising clients on the rates of witholding taxes on all the foreign remittances as per the provisions of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements between India and other countries.- Representation before the assessment authorities and appellate authorities on matters related to direct taxation specifically transfer pricing and international taxation- Advising clients on the concept of Permanent Establishment in India along with the provisions of OECD and UN Model commentaries- Advising the clients for their businesses involving application of all the taxes which involves Income Tax, Service Tax, Central Excise and VAT matters.- Analysing application of Safe Harbour provisions and the GAAR provisions applicability on the clients businesses.- Advisory related to Foreign Trade Policy related matters which include subjects like SEIS, MEIS, EPCG and other benefits available to the exporters- Representation before the DGFT and custom authorities for all the matters related to the Foreign Trade Policy- Advisory for multinational companies entering of planning to venture out into India which includes planning for different business models to be adopted in India and the operational assistance therein- Advisory related to FEMA and RBI related formalities and the related compliances in the day to day affairs of the businesses
