Developed the consolidated database for all modes of transportation at LaGuardia Airport, NYC. Created dynamic reports / dashboards for bus delays, traffic volumes, passenger volumes, taxi pick-ups and drop-offs, etc to help in taking decisions based on trends, patterns, etc. using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

Landlords often obfuscate their identities by purchasing individual buildings with individual corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). This practice makes locating a landlord’s entire portfolio or even the true owner of a single property difficult. However, the research department in the Office of the New York State Attorney General (“OAG”) has found that landlords frequently use the same address for many of their building transactions, including: purchases, mortgages, and registration.Given this insight, the veil piercing team built a web-based data exploration tool that can be queried by non-technical end users. This tool will help OAG to improve their understandings towards the ownership network which consists of multiple buildings, multiple LLCs and potential true owners behind. This heightened understanding of owner’s portfolios will enable OAG to strengthen its aggressive efforts to combat harmful landlord practices, such as tenant harassment, deed theft, bank fraud, and other harmful violations affecting tenants and homeowners.

EMBARQ India, a program of WRI India, I was working on exploring the concept of Transit Oriented Development strategy in Mumbai. We have been working in Ghatkopar area, which has both a railway station and a metro station in close proximity of each other, as a site for a pilot demonstration project to explore aspects of parking, traffic demand management and urban form guidelines. Other aspects such as mixed land uses, amenity provision, and affordability, will again, be explored through parking strategies.Our goal through this study is to create compact, walkable and liveable communities with access to amenities to induce a modal shift in travel behavior from private to public and sustainable modes.

Developed a geospatial database and conducted analysis for all land records for the City of Ahmadabad in GIS for a Research project for 'World Bank' to unlock the value of public land and provide recommendations to city government to invest in urban infrastructure to make a significant fiscal contribution.
