Led Government/Contractor/International team in a proof of concept system designed to allow near-real time intelligence dissemination, from the lowest tactical level to higher and adjacent echelons. The system integrated rifle mounted sensors, optic camera/video, and an .apk user interface which shared data over a mobile ad hoc tactical network. Developed schedules, training material, quick reference guides, test plans, and executed training and field tests.

• Provided planning and project analysis for the Marine Corps Modernization Program.• Wrote the Concept of Employment for Cyber Security initiative.• Wrote the Systems Engineering Plan for Cyber Security initiative.• Created the Requirement Traceability Matrix for Cyber Security initiative.• Implemented InformedB as a novel approach to requirement traceability.• Provided technical solution development strategy advice to Marine Corps decision makers in support of the Marine Corps emergent needs process. • Developed assessments on multiple urgent universal need statements submitted by combatant and contingency operations officers. • Reviewed Information Support Plans (ISPs) and provided inputs and recommendations on operational and system architecture viewpoints. • Reviewed and made recommendations for all sub-system engineer drawings, mechanical and electrical, for nonlethal systems.

Energy Performance Contracting (EPC)EPC is a design/build construction contracting which provides customers with a comprehensive set of energy efficiency, renewable energy and distributed generation measures and often is accompanied with guarantees that the savings produced by a project will be sufficient to finance the full cost of the project. A typical EPC project is delivered by an Energy Service Company (ESCO). My time in the Marine Corps was spent entirely in education and training and the creation and implementation of policy. Since my commission as a Marine Corps Officer in 2005 I have worked in management of business operations and logistical environments. I worked closely with the leaders of Marine combat development, with fiscal and personnel officers, staff, faculty and students of our university, numerous government agencies both here and abroad.
