I currently possess over twenty years of experience as a systems matter expert with knowledge and understanding gained from both National and International engagements in Business Information and Technology Business systems and applications where I understand various industries such as in aerospace or healthcare or education or defense or manufacturing and the individual needs they each bring forward into the twenty-first century mainstream. International and National knowledge and understanding as an ITSM Process Lead and Compliance Officer implementing governances based on legal research and analysis of each country’s existing rules and regulations. From this point, I pursued furthering my knowledge and education by pursuing my Executive Jurist Doctorate which has allowed me to obtain and followed up with my Doctorate in Law and Policy where my focus and doctorate is on Artificial Intelligence Compliances and Governances, knowledge that will be valuable to you.During my tenure as ITSM Process Lead and Compliance Officer and Legal Research Analyst, I was able to hone my knowledge of Information Technologies specific to legal rules, statutes, and regulations (i.e., GDPR, HIPPA compliance and regulations, OSHA, CCPA), particularly working in a hybrid cloud environment, ensuring IT service continuity and problem-solving research, writing, analysis, and resolution.
