Roles & Responsibilities End to End Program Management: From Project initiation, Planning, implementation, Monitoring Controlling and Closure of Multiple Projects. Working daily with Pre-sales to ensure that early phase of the contracts don’t have any Risks and improve contract quality from a delivery perspective by working in coordination with Account Manager and Solution Manager to draft a contract with Minimum risks and Ensure assumptions are accurate. Working with assigned PMs on their PBC and Quarterly revenue targets from ongoing project and reviewing the Progress Reviews of 3 critical Knowledge areas of Cost, Scope and Time Management of ongoing projects Help define the project's goals and objectives; create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyse progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress. In order to ensure accurate documentation and reporting on a consistent basis.  overseeing the financial health of the project by analyzing costs, revenue, risks, and pricing and also maintain budget tracking tools, issue invoices and billings, manage fee structures, and forecast potential gains and losses in pursuing future work with a client.[2] Working with Project Finance Controller (PFC) to ensure that Cost Management is proper for all rolling projects and comparative study of Budget and Actual. Responsible for handling all Project P&L (Profit and Loss statements) to check that cost control variables are in check. Projects comprise mainly of FTTN(MSAG/ONU),FTTP(GPON),FTTB(MSAG/GPON), SDH and DWDM network rollouts as well as cellular rollouts of 2G,3G and 4G products.

 Primary KPI was to ensure that the SLA for these cellular operators corrective and preventive contracts related to OFC network maintainance were ensured. Responsible for supporting the delivery of the end to end Design solutions and optimisation of customer PTCL,Telenor and Wateen network in line with the set program milestones and according to their architecture.  FTTP Greenfield (New development sites) FTTP Brownfield Point to point Fibre designs CAD/Spatial net/Map info Design reviews Pit and pipe design Transit Network Design MDU and SDU designs  Complete Task force was inhouse , this included managment of 4 Maintainance units and warehouses and fleet vehicles with a team of patrollers, Fibre Splicing Jointers and technicians, labour ,site supervisor and Engineer for coordination with customer NOC and handling trouble tickets with call centre. inventory management of the entire South regional warehouse in a combination of forcast and JIT methodology.

. Worked in PTCL Optical Fibre Network Solution Department as Planning and later as Deployment Manager. Experience with Carrier Ethernet testing (e.g. RFC2544, IEEE802.1ag), GPON Fibre or Ethernet networks & equipment. Knowledge of Fibre To The Premises (FTTP), Fibre to the Building (FTTB) and Fibre to the Node (FTTN), of HFC DOCSYS 3.1 network equipment, design and operationSuccessfully deployed.Installation testing and commissioning of New Generation Network DWDM and SDH for Karachi Metropolitan Network.Designing solutions for IT infrastructure for Corporate Customers.Resolving media issue in all Transmission networks in Karachi , also ONUResolving Feasibility Requirement by the customer.Layout the development and documentation methodology for team members.Communicate with team members on different development issues.Presenting Creative Solutions and working closely with the internal ,external and customer services departments, during my stint at the defence exchange.Worked closely with the Optical Fibre Cable and Optical Fibre System Departments of PTCL to execute roll out projects.Overseeing all creative work to ensure that it meets standards of excellence.Keeping interest and excitement levels high inside and outside of department.Planning, Installation and Commissioning of Huawei SDH equipments of 2.5G and 10G across Karachi.Involved in Roll out of installation of DXX nodes in Karachi’s PTCL exchanges.Executing Synchronization Project of PTCL in Karachi, as well as Coordinating activities throughout South Region.Executing Ufone Media Project from PTCL side.Planning, Installation and Commissioning of SDH nodes for Cybernet.Planning and Implementation in PTCL Triple play project alongside with Multimedia Division of PTCL.
