• Receiving & Payments of cash (including School fee / utility bills / challan / CSD installments) • Issuance of Pay orders / DD / MT & Balancing • Maintaining & Balancing of Income Expenditure Ledger • Maintaining & Balancing of Cash Book • Responsible for all the entries in reconciliation and suspense accounts are cleared within 30 days • Preparation of all periodicals MIS accurately and sent to related Dept. • Ensure that no adverse comments received in Internal Audit, Compliance review and SBP Inspection

• Ensure all GLs are balanced and reconciled with customer ledger jotting • Responsible for all the entries in reconciliation and suspense accounts are cleared within 30 days • Preparations of expense disbursement vouchers and ensure expenses are approved as per authority. • Ensure timely submission of W/Tax to SBP.

• Stop Payment, Account Activation and the Closure of accounts. • Maintaining the Cheque Books Inventory its aging and Shredding. • Ensure the Operation of the ATM Card. • Maintaining Cash closing Book.

• Inward/Outward clearing /Remittance/funds transfer posting.• Stop Payment, Account Activation and the Closure of accounts. • Issuance of Pay orders / DD / MT & Balancing.

• Inward/Outward clearing & Remittance . • Stop Payment, Account Activation and the Closure of accounts. • Actively involved in Branch Business Development/planning.
