Inspecting and ensuring that all works are in line with Project specific HSE Plan.Develop & Implement safe system and procedures of job at work placeEnsure waste management control.Ensuring the works permit are in place with method statement before the commencing of work at work site and workmen aware about the PTW procedures.Liaising with respective section head/concern supervisor or engineers to implement HSE compliance at site.Ensuring all personal on the site are fully trained and compliant safety rules and regulations and wearing correct PPE’s for specific job Ensure the equipment & materials are safe for useIdentify the hazard and control the risk.Monitor the construction activities at high elevationsMaking HSE Reports on daily basis about the observations and unsafe conditions and recommending remedial action.Preparing Risk assessment and coordinating with the head of department /supervisors/Engineers prior to start or respective work.Reporting and monitoring all accidents, incidents and near miss to the HSE manager and investigating the case. Conducting Induction programme for the new joiners.Maintaining cordial relation between the workforce at site and managementAttending /Coordinating safety meeting with the site management , contractors and client.Monitoring environmental activities such as dust control, Noise level, illumination level, air monitoring and spill. Making Environmental aspect / Impact register.Monitoring /checking the safety requirements of Confined space entry, excavation, work at height, PTW .Ensure of all kinds of safety measures are applied like rigging job, scaffolding inspection, wire line remove and renew of crane etc.
