1. Enrolled potential students, especially those looking for Canadian Universities, Colleges & Schools.2. Engaged with the local universities, institutions, coaching centres and sub-agents to create new partnerships and ensure visits to generate potential leads.3. Looked after the whole counselling & compliance team and ensured the number of targeted enrollments for the company.4. Maintained partnerships with new and existing Universities/Colleges/Institutions and ensuring they receive the promised numbers.5. Used good judgement in assessing challenging developments to provide insightful resolutions for the company.

1. Responsible for the recruitment of students to CATS Global School and Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts (CSVPA).2. Agent management, including regular training and visits to all active agents. I am also responsible for sourcing and appointment of new agents3. Propose, develop and introduce special incentives and bonuses to agents in order to generate applications/conversions.4. Budget management including managing my own pot of budget every year to ensure that they are in line with the company's policies and also to monitor the ROI of all expenditures.5. Attend fairs and exhibitions organized by agents, external companies, and education institutions6. Organising one-to-one sessions (virtual and face-to-face) with potential students/parents7. Doing other recruitment-related activities such as organizing incoming visits by Senior Executives from UK/USA, and running student-related recruitment events.8. Working remotely with a diverse global team in different time zones (USA, UK). Travel extensively in South Asia.9. Working with Central Marketing teams and local agents to produce new marketing materials, brochures, adverts, and flyers specific to my markets.10. Organising specific and targeted marketing campaigns on FB, and IG to generate leads with external and internal stakeholders.11. Analyse present and historic data, producing well-written market intelligence report to inform Senior Management of market conditions.
