Have 09 years long working experience on Monitoring & Evaluation in the development field (Specially USAID Funded Project) on different thematic areas like maternal child health & nutrition (MCHN), disaster risk reduction (DRR), livelihoods, child rights and protection, quality education for vulnerable children under different renowned organizations. Through working with development sector, I have gathered knowledge & skills to design M&E framework, develop monitoring & evaluation plan, online & Offline data/information collection techniques, data analysis, and managing MIS by using statistical software (Excel, Excess and SPSS), reporting & documentation, provided technical support to the data collectors for conducting quantitative & qualitative survey, developed M&E tools to measure program progress & impact. Meanwhile, I have provided technical assistance to consultant to conduct different research study (baseline/MTR/End line) along with longitudinal case study/success story etc. I also had scope to work on electronics device monitoring system (EDMIS) by using smart phone and PDA. Furthermore, I extensively work with PNGOs and its capacity building by providing technical support on monitoring and its documentations.
