Assist the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation especially in monitoring and evaluation of Agricultural Extension related interventions as well as compiling and producing periodical (weekly, monthly, quarterly as well as annual) reports and provide constant feedback to Monitoring and Evaluation Section (as when required) based on the field activities to ensure satisfactory results from implemented/ on- going activities.-M&E Coordinators are responsible for collection of different data from Producer Group, Agriculture Extension Agent in the project area.-Coordinate & supervise the M&E documentation officer activities -Guide the process for identifying the key indicators for each interventions/activities record and report physical progress against Annual Performance PMEP.-Assist in designing data management system or MIS, including data collection formats and its guidelines plus information gathering process.-Identify M&E capacity needs of the ME Section officer, design and conduct capacity building of field staff on operationalization and quality of data collection and filling up of various M&E formats/assessment checklists.-Ensure continuous analysis of monitoring information in coordination with other units; and identify potential problem and inputs to improve the overall programming and operations.-Participate in monthly coordination meetings at Regional levels and Project head quarter level and prepare monthly progress report for the presentation of monthly coordination meeting -Supervise the data collection and computerization of data from various evaluations/ survey of Ag Extension project impact, adoption of Producer Group activities and other surveys.-Assist and cross check baseline, annual survey, Midterm Evaluation and other surveys (if doing by outsider).-Supervise monitoring & documentation officer’s activities and responsible for building their capacity on M&E.-Arrange training, workshops, and seminar related on M&E profession.

-Provided support to and monitor existing monitoring procedures including formats, record keeping systems which supports program Goal, Strategic Objectives and Intermediary Results.-Kept record in the field on program monitoring.-Verified whether the field activities match with the reporting in the paper.-Conducted the periodic and participatory monitoring activities-Assisted Nobo Jibon M&E team for conducting M&E activities-Developed different monitoring tools and its execution in the field.-Involved in the process of conducting baseline, midterm evaluation.-Assisted M&E team to support evaluators in data verification, modification, transcription and synchronization.-Provided data/information through output matrix using pre-designed MIS software.-Provided technical support for conducting different types of survey.-Conducted Semi Annual and Annual survey to identify progress of stake holders.-Prepared the monthly, quarterly, six monthly progress reports and annual reports.-Prepared monthly output Matrix through online McAid Database.-Analyzed data using SPSS and Excel.-Assisted M&E team on research activities and identified issues for research.-Prepared program success stories and longitudinal case study in regular basis.-Shared program progress and findings to the higher program management and community group.-Worked in any natural disaster or emergency situation.-Conducted regular visits to the field and prepare trip report.
