In my role as a Planning Manager at GAFCO, I spearheaded the development of an in-house MRP application using ODoo to streamline Material and Production planning processes. Working closely with the Central Planning Group, I facilitated monthly production forecasting and scheduling activities, ensuring efficient operations. Additionally, I managed the shipping and delivery of sub-assemblies based on order priorities, optimizing workflow and customer satisfaction.
