I taught classes in the Ed.D. program in Educational Administration, Leadership, and Technology. I also acted as Chair, Design Specialist, or Reader for dissertation committees.

I served as an educational expert for public middle and high schools failing to meet adequate yearly progress in New York state. Met with administrators and observed classes to make recommendations to school officials and help write comprehensive educational plans. Worked with teacher teams to create formative assessments and Student Learning Objectives (SLOs). For a charter school, I organized and facilitated staff retreat for strategic plan. Created online surveys for faculty, parents, and students. Analyzed quantitative and qualitative data and presented findings to Board of Directors.

Designed and implemented a 25-hour Career Ladder Innovator Programs and System (CLIPS) workshop for teachers, principals and interns entitled Data-Informed Instruction and Research. Developed instructional materials and assessments from the CLIPS Workshop to measure project goals and participant-learning outcomes. Collected data from the CLIPS Workshop and coordinating work with the Project Director, Project Evaluator and other project personnel for the analysis of data from the workshop and for the preparation of reports.

Created and analyzed web survey of faculty applicants. Helped design and maintain website aimed at the recruitment and retention of female and underrepresented minority faculty. Coauthored semi-annual reports, presentations and funding proposals. Assisted search committees by identifying and recruiting potential candidates. For the School of Medicine, I conducted quantitative analysis of faculty hires and departures by ethnicity and gender to inform recruitment and retention practices. Presented findings in summary tables, bar charts, and graphs using statistical software. Helped identify factors to develop a turnover cost model.
