The main responsibilities in this area includes: Plant production budgeting. Machinery & people capacity production. Machinery placement. Payment system development Labor analysis.In addition, I have the opportunity to lead a team of 5 persons, with them; I developed strong communication and focused to reach the goals for the entire department. Also, one of the main responsibilities is to negotiate with plant union the activities for all the operators and helpers. With this activities I develop negotiation skills and communication for a common purpose.

In this section, I have the opportunity to know the manufacturing process from raw material to final product. I was in charge for OEM tire development for as Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Infiniti, also, I develop RFT and non-RFT tires for trade market.The main responsibilities in this area include: Specification emission for all materials and manufacturing process. Tire building and curing. Strong communication with technical center. Process and material calculation based on standard.In order to develop a tire for our customer in a schedule time, I need to work in a team environment with the technical center teammates in order to provide ideas and feedback about the tire build, once the product is released to regular production, I need to follow the behavior in production with statics tools for final release, if it is necessary, I need to make some adjustments based on our standard practice and communicate to ATC in order to adopt changes and meet the goal for all the metrics at the plant.Main achievements: Develop the first RFT tire outside the USA, contributing on full release on a new plant process with technical center, product develop engineering and quality assurance. Training was taken on Bridgestone Wilson plant, where I learned the basis for this kind of construction. During that year of training, I contributed to develop tires and improving non-conformities on daily activities. Record time development for Mazda and Nissan tires, in order to recover sales with these customers. Improve VOR level with projects that decrease daily non-conformities.

Responsible for manufacturing and calculation for all the necessary tooling used on extrude parts on a tire. Knowledge on CNC, milling, drilling and turning machinery used for tooling manufacturing.Responsible to set all the extrusion conditions on tubing processes as speed and temperatures.Main achievements: Antenna tread development for Cuernavaca Plant. New tooling development for withe and black sidewall extrusion in order to improve productivity and quality on production area. Tooling development for tread extrusion productivity.
