My Job Profile Comprises but not limited to the following activities.-Site visiting as required and prepare measurement sheet from on site data and drawing -Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Bill with Item rates from tender - Prepare extra and deviation items and their Statements along with market rate analysis - Certification of Bill- Theoretical Consumption statements with Invoice receipt statements.- Statement of mandatory Tests.- Prepare and process Subcontractors Bill-Estimation of Quantity from GFC Drawing,- Preparing Bar Bending Schedules as per drawings,- Preparation of Escalation, 10CA & 10 CC,- Measurement and drafting using AutoCAD,- MS Excel, MS Office,- Mivan Shuttering (Aluminum Shuttering),- Highrise, Residential, Hospital buildings Construction.

Job Responsibilities :-Estimation & Making quotations of civil renovations& fabrications for clients like Honda Seil PowerProduct, Global autotech, Norma (India) LimitedGhaziabad & Private Houses.-Made Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) on Excel-Perform Measurements Using drawing or JMR andmaking Bills for Clients.- Filled BOQs for Government tenders.-Perform drafting using AutoCAD according tospecifications.
