Since February 2018, I have been working as an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Engineer at APR Energy FZE. In this role, I have been responsible for executing switching operations on low tension (LT) and high tension (HT) switchgear for power plants and 11/230 KV substation high voltage (HV) systems. This requires a deep understanding of electrical systems and the ability to handle complex switching operations safely and efficiently.One of the key aspects of my job is utilizing advanced computer-based diagnostic tools to detect and address operational abnormalities. I use tools such as Electronic Technician for Caterpillar (CAT) units, Utility software for DEIF controllers, and DIALYSIS for MTU engines. These tools allow me to diagnose issues accurately and take corrective actions swiftly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of our equipment.My role also involves conducting both minor and major overhauls and maintenance tasks on Caterpillar and MTU engines. This includes preventive maintenance on 8 MVA and 90 MVA transformers and Leroy Sumer SR4B alternators. Regular maintenance is crucial for the reliable operation of power plants, and I take pride in ensuring that our engines and auxiliary machinery, such as compressors, pumps, and heat exchangers, are in top condition.I perform maintenance on critical components, including cylinder heads, liners, pistons, radiators, lube oil coolers, charge air coolers, oil filters, centrifuge filters, air compressors, and turbochargers. This extensive maintenance work is essential to keep our engines running smoothly and efficiently.In addition to technical tasks, I assist in implementing company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols. My role requires a blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all of which I have honed over my years of experience at APR Energy FZE.

From May 2017 to January 2018, I served as an Executive at Dynamic Solution and Support Bangladesh. In this role, I was responsible for liaising with international suppliers, manufacturers, and principals to ensure that customer requirements were met efficiently and effectively. My work primarily revolved around managing the supply business for defense through international tenders issued by the Directorate General of Defense Purchase (DGDP) and various government organizations.A significant part of my responsibilities involved analyzing technical specifications, drawings, and designs for a wide range of equipment and items. This required a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of technical documents to ensure that all specifications were accurately interpreted and met.I independently communicated with foreign suppliers and customers to source necessary materials and clarify any technical data related to tenders. This involved regular correspondence and negotiations to ensure that all parties were aligned and that customer needs were fully understood and addressed.One of my key tasks was preparing comparative statement tables (CST) to evaluate offers based on technical specifications and customer satisfaction. This involved detailed analysis and comparison of various bids to ensure that the best possible options were selected.Additionally, I was responsible for drafting and compiling comprehensive tender documentation for international tenders. This required meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of the tendering process to ensure that all documentation was accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Throughout my tenure at Dynamic Solution and Support Bangladesh, I demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills, effectively managing complex tasks and ensuring that all customer and organizational requirements were met to a high standard.
