In essence has facilitated strong client relationships and referrals.• Conducting consultations to patients in relation to laser/non-surgical treatments, and associated aesthetic procedures. • Achieving personal monthly and quarterly sales performance targets as well as managing/training clinic staff to achieve their individual sales performance targets.• Promoting an enthusiastic and pro-active atmosphere in the clinic.• Liaising with local businesses and the financial sector to generate revenue.• Manage key corporate accounts- UBS, Newedge, RBS, Google.• Regularly review and implement cost reduction programs.• Ensure administrative functions are completed to a high level and that exceptional customer service is provided to all clients by all staff members.• Arrange monthly meetings with all staff members to ensure all staff is kept up to date on offers, new treatments/products, and incentives.• Ensure all staff members are operating in a safe environment by ensuring health and safety and risk assessments are updated on a monthly basis.• Implementation and audit of company policies, procedures and protocol.• Recruitment of new staff members due to profitability achieved on a yearly basis.
