As a Mechanical Design Engineer, I have been involved in the creation and launch of over 10 innovative products in the manufacturing industry, using SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD. Utilised Ms SharePoint to process the generated ECNs and update the parts catalog in ERP, utilised Plex ERP for part updates, production planning, and resource management. Implemented and Solidworks PDM for design data control and revision management. Generated and managed ECN/ECO to ensure timely design updates. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality, cost and performance standards.I have also handled more than 40 projects, ranging from aggregate crusher plants to material handling equipment, collaborating with the Erection and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution and successful implementation.I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering & Technology, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices. One of my notable achievements was achieving a leadership role within just 1.5 years of joining the company. In this role, I spearheaded the standardization of drawing documents and designs, resulting in a remarkable 60% reduction in project timelines. I am passionate about product design and development, and I continuously improve my skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in design software and methodologies.
